The best way to repair a water damaged laminate floor is to replace the damaged section.

Start at the side closest to the damaged board or boards. Sticky or dirty sections can be spot cleaned using a rag and spray bottle without having to mop the entire floor. If spacers were used between the wall and the board closest to it replace them with smaller spacers. Use a hammer and chisel or putty knife to remove baseboards or molding near the damaged boards. Allow the countertop to dry. 2 sand the bleach mark using 100 grit sandpaper. The repair process is basically the same. A little water goes a long way on a laminate floor.

Then lift out the damaged board and replace it with a new one.
